Lamar Dodd Open House

One of the most interesting, constantly changing and thorough-going testaments to the making of, study of and enjoyment of art is our Lamar Dodd School of Art. And tonight, the Dodd throws open its doors for an Open House to celebrate the Spotlight on the Arts festival:

Well now is your chance for the full Dodd experience! Come out and explore the work of students and artists at the various Dodd facilities, including demonstration and talks on fabric design, printmaking and book arts, drawing and painting, graphic design, ceramics, interior design, photography, jewelry, metals, sculpture, and art education.

The main building on River Road and the Thomas Street studios will be open for your perusal. 5-8 pm Today. There's an entire list of specific activites and opportunities at the link.Come out and take in.
