This includes revisions in General Information, Contact Information, Degree Requirements, Minors, and Certificate Programs that appear in the current Bulletin.

To submit a request, please follow the steps below:

PARC (Process for Approval of Revised Curriculum) is a new system that streamlines the existing curriculum review process by combining the review, editing, and approval processes into one online workflow, culminating with the publishing of program requirements in the UGA Bulletin and DegreeWorks.

• Timeline for Submitting Program Changes in PARC for the 2026-2027 Bulletin:
  • July 28, 2025:  PARC opens for 2026-2027 Bulletin submissions - program changes for undergraduate majors, minors, and certificates; graduate majors, and certificates; and professional programs submitted and approved by academic units in PARC. 
  • November 3, 2025: Deadline to submit changes to Franklin College via PARC; please notify Kris Petti when you submitted them.
  • November 17, 2025:  Deadline for submissions to be fully approved by department, Franklin College, and Graduate School if applicable.
  • January 26, 2026:  2026-2027 Bulletin published.
