UGA’s Next Top Entrepreneur is a live pitch competition put on by the Entrepreneurship Program at the University of Georgia. Students from across the country can for the opportunity to pitch their business or business idea to a panel of judges for the chance to win $10,000. A travel stipend of $1,500 is available for teams traveling more than 75 miles from Athens. Application deadline for Next Top Entrepreneur is March 18. The 2018 Bernard B. Ramsey Lecture in Health Promotion and Behavior, "Getting Along on a Neo Diverse Campus," will be delivered by Dr. Rupert Nacoste, Alumni Distinguished Undergraduate Professor in the Department of Psychology at North Carolina State University.

Spring Dance Concert: Change in Motion

Sinéad Morrissey was born in Northern Ireland in 1972 and grew up in Belfast. As an undergraduate, she studied English and German at Trinity College, Dublin, and went on to gain a doctorate in eighteenth-century literature.

Daniel Bolshoy, lecturer of guitar, performs the finale of 2018’s Hugh Hodgson Faculty Series—his first such recital since joining the faculty in 2016. His concert tours have led him to perform with more than 60 orchestras internationally, and he’s performed at chamber music festivals all across North America in collaboration with other performers and as a soloist.
