Classroom Technology Support

Our Instructional Technologist improves the classroom experience for students and faculty in Franklin College by partnering with our Client Services team and the Center for Teaching and Learning to provide training and assistance with the computer and audio-visual equipment in classrooms and labs.

Training and Support

Our Instructional Technologist provides in-depth and targeted training materials for instructional technologies including classroom audio-visual technologies, eLearning Commons, podcasting and clickers. In addition to online documentation and tip videos, we provide one-on-one or small group training sessions on supported technologies.

Instructional Technology Planning

Our Instructional Technologist is available to provide information and project planning support for student technology fee expenditures including specialized hardware and software needs, technology access, and classroom audio-visual equipment upgrades.
